History of the Red Bull logo
Two red bulls charge at each other over a yellow sun. The design comes from Krating Daeng, the Thai energy drink by Chaleo Yoovidhya that Dietrich Mateschitz adapted for Europe in 1987. Krating daeng means 'red gaur', a kind of wild bull.
